Led UX design for LUME Cannabis’s e-commerce platform, focusing on seamless product discovery, intuitive navigation, and a streamlined checkout experience. The design balanced compliance with a premium brand feel, helping customers shop confidently and efficiently across devices.

High Design for a Higher Experience

Designed LUME’s homepage to showcase featured products, promotions, and store locations in a clean, engaging layout. The experience was built to guide both new and returning users—blending brand storytelling with clear paths to shop, learn, and explore.

Guided Discovery Meets Seamless Shopping

To support both exploration and informed decision-making. The layout encourages learning through clear product info, intuitive filtering, and smart categorization—making it easy for users to discover, compare, and confidently add products to their cart.
My Bag was designed to be clean, accessible, and non-intrusive—letting users review, edit, and check out without breaking their flow.
Checkout was designed to simplify Michigan’s complex cannabis purchasing process, which includes strict age verification, location-based menus, and cash-only transactions due to state regulations prohibiting card payments. The flow guides users clearly through each step, ensuring compliance without sacrificing ease or clarity.
